Cannot print due to printer not connect/turned on or paper jam or missing.
Cause:
The printer is not turned on or not connected properly. Or, there is a paper jam or empty paper tray.
Solution:
Make sure printer is turned on, connected properly and contains paper.
1) If the printer is turned off, turn it on.
2) Make sure the cables are connected properly to the computer.
3) Make sure the printer has paper.
4) Make sure the printer is not jammed.
